Sweet friend

and lovely faithful one

I see you shine in the morning sun.

Let the golden light

come down through you

and take a spell to gather strength

and ‘ready for’ steps of length

as times are changing

and you are too,

let all the old cells drift away

and live your moments every day.

To Lift Your Heart

What I feel with you is cupped inside

and within your petals

you like to hide.

You have the seeds of abundance

there

and in these pods,

are the ways which are coming through

to lift your heart and know within

all these seeds are ready to

open wide

and on a prayer

they come to glide

down into

every soul

you ‘lift’ each day

with your light

which shines the way

for everyone you ever loved

to know they are and always were

the living love you serve each day

in your own kind and loving way.
